At NOMADIC you can find products from multiple locations around the world. Our FRIENDS (designers and artisans) ship from their studio location directly to you, to know the exactly shipping price, please go to our checkout and it will calculate based on your address. If you are buying from multiple FRIENDS it will show Blended Shipping, which will contain the shipping price from each location. 

Please note that for orders shipping internationally there is likely to incur customs duties.

Online orders for products that are in stock are processed and shipped within 5 working days. We ship internationally and delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed after the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. With this tracking number you will be able to track your parcel.

NOMADIC also have products that are made to order (it is described on the product page), this way we avoid overproduction and have less impact on the environment. Some of our FRIENDS live in remote places, and the shipping time could be longer, f you are in a hurry to receive it, please contact us at info@nomadicfriends.com to confirm the exact shipping time frame.

International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. We trust those companies to deliver the products to you within the fastest and reliable time. 

Orders within the US are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Please be aware that for international orders import fees may be incurred upon delivery.

All products will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, import taxes and duties will not be paid through Nomadic. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our customers

Customers from the United States, can order up to $800 worth of items without incurring any customs.

NOMADIC will refund or exchange your order, if your return request is received within 7 days from the date that the product was delivered to you. We do not refund the shipping costs or any import taxes and duties paid.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. Altered items may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by NOMADIC.
