At Nomadic you can find products from different regions in the world. Our Friends (designers and artisans) ships from their studio location, to know the exact price, please go to our checkout and it will calculate based on your address. If you are buying from multiple Friends it will show Blended Shipping, which will contain the shipping price from each Friend.
We partner only with sustainable brands and artisans, and we are totally against overproduction. Because of that, some of our products are made to order, if you are in a hurry to receive it, please contact us before purchasing to confirm the exact shipping time frame. Some of our Friends live in remote places, and the shipping can take longer, also due Covid-19 we are experiencing some delays.
International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that for international orders import fees may be incurred. If an item ships to you from a different country, customs and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing.

US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
OUR RETURN POLICY
For us, it is truly important that you are happy with your order.
Nomadic offers complimentary return shipping on all orders within the United States. For international orders, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
- Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.
- Final Sale: Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund.
Your Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. If your order did not include the proper packaging please email email@example.com
Any returned Products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Nomadic.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
To return your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our team will handle your return. Once your return arrives back to us, kindly note that it generally takes 48 hours or so to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.
